Premium Onboarding is designed as a solution for merchants who seek a hands-on onboarding experience for Ultimate Special Offers or Wholesale Club. This program will provide you with a white-glove service that uses account management to get you and your store prepared to hit the ground running with your sales. You'll be paired with one of our Onboarding Managers who will be there to answer questions and get you set up during your 4-week period.
Premium Onboarding would be a good fit for you if you are:
- Installing Ultimate Special Offers or Wholesale Club for the first time and have a clear vision of what you're hoping to achieve
- An existing user of Ultimate Special Offers or Wholesale Club and you're looking to work with an onboarding manager to optimize your sales
- Using a custom theme in your store or have had developer-implemented customizations

The introductory meeting is an opportunity to kick start the 4-week program with your Onboarding Manager. You’ll hear how the program will work, what to expect from us, and you’ll be able to share more about your business and what your short (and long) term goals are.
You’ll be at the front of the line for any technical assistance required with installation, de-bugging, or minor customizations.
Guaranteed same-day replies
We know how time consuming app setup can be, so to make this easier on you, we’ll be available for a quicker turnaround with replies during our business hours.
You will be able to select a time in a calendar if you’d like to connect face to face and chat through any issues you’re experiencing.
Store setup audit
At the end of the 4-week period, you’ll receive a detailed email with a recap of everything we’ve covered together. In addition, your Onboarding Manager will do an audit of your store to find opportunities for improvement on discount configuration, UX flow, and anything else you might want us to provide guidance on.
